Easily enable your team to showcase their OVOU Digital Business Cards during video calls by using custom virtual backgrounds.
These backgrounds help reinforce your brand and make sharing contact details seamless on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams.

Steps

  1. Design a background image at 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. This ensures the image fits properly across most virtual meeting platforms.
    1. Use the Background Template below as an example.
  2. Use the left side of the image as the placement area for the OVOU QR code and digital card. Make sure the left side of the design is free of any important branding or visual elements that shouldn’t be covered.
  3.  Send your background to us. Email your finalized background image to support@ovou.com. We’ll enable it on your account so your team can easily select it.
