Customize Your Contact Exchange Form

This article explains how to customize the contact exchange form on your OVOU profile so you can collect the exact information you need from new connections. You can tailor the form to match your goals, whether you're networking, capturing leads, or gathering specific details.

Steps

1. Log in to your OVOU account
2. Click View Profile
3. Select Edit Profile
4. Navigate to the Settings tab
5. Click Exchange Contact Form
6. Toggle on the required fields you want to collect
7. Toggle on Custom Fields to add additional data fields
8. Under Field Type, choose how you want to collect responses:
   • Select Custom Short Answer for simple, open-ended responses
   • Select Custom Multiple Choice to provide predefined answer options
9. Toggle on the Consent Checkbox to ensure compliance and collect user permission
10. Enable Exchange Detail Widgets to allow users to add:
    

• Photos
• Voice notes
• Location details
  

11. Click Preview Form at the top to review how your contact exchange form will appear to users before publishing.

Customize your form based on what information matters most to you—keep it simple for quick exchanges or expand it for more detailed lead capture.
