Customize Your Instant Follow-Up Email

After someone fills out the contact exchange form on your profile, OVOU automatically sends a follow-up email. You can customize this email’s design, message, and call-to-action to better reflect your brand and goals.

How to Customize Your Follow-Up Email

  1. Log in to OVOU and click View Profile
  2. Click Edit Profile
  3. Navigate to the Settings tab
  4. Under Contact Capture, click Instant Follow-Up Email

From here, you can customize different elements of your email:

  • Click Templates to change the design and layout
  • Click Message to edit the email content
  • Click Custom Button to add a personalized call-to-action button

Keep your message short and action-focused to increase engagement and responses.
Alert
Make sure your custom button links to a valid URL so recipients can take immediate action.
