How to Customize Your Call-to-Action (CTA) Button


This article walks you through the steps to customize the Call to Action (CTA) button on your OVOU profile. By following these steps, you can direct your clients to a specific link or action with a personalized CTA button.
This feature is currently only available to Individual Users. Teams will have access in the near future.

Steps

  1. Log in to your OVOU Account.
  2. On the home page, click Edit to edit your profile.
  3. Under Call to Action, click Edit to customize the CTA buttons on your profile. 
  4. Choose the Custom Call to Action option and under the Actions section, select one of the predefined options from the dropdown menu:
    1. Apply Now
    2. Learn More
    3. Book Now
  5. Enter the desired URL in the provided field to link your custom CTA button to the right destination.
  6. Click "Save" to apply the changes. Your customized CTA button will now appear on your public digital profile.
  7. Visit your profile to see the updated CTA button. It will guide clients directly to your chosen web link or action.

FAQs

  1. Can I customize the text on the CTA button?
    At this time, you can choose from the predefined CTA actions ("Apply Now", "Learn More", "Book Now") but cannot change the text directly.

  2. What should I do if my CTA button is not linking correctly?
    Double-check the URL you entered to ensure it’s correct. If the problem persists, contact support at support@ovou.com.

  3. Can I have more than one CTA button on my profile?
    Currently, you can only have one customized CTA button visible on your public profile at a time.

  4. I don't see the option to customize by CTA button.
    Currently, the CTA button is only available to customize for Individual users. Teams will have access to this in the near future.
