How to Delete Your OVOU Profile
Individual users have the option to delete their OVOU profiles. However, it’s important to note that you cannot delete a profile that is currently set as “live.” Before proceeding with deletion, ensure you have another profile set to live.
Steps to Delete Your OVOU Profile
- Log in to your OVOU account.
- Click on menu button on the top right corner.
- Click Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- You'll be asked to enter your password to confirm you want to delete your account.
Important: If your profile is currently live, you must switch another profile to live status before you can delete the intended profile.
If you've accidentally deleted your profile and wish to restore it or have any other questions, please contact OVOU Support at support@ovou.com.
