Edit Your Interaction Flow

Control how people engage with your profile when they visit by customizing your Interaction Flow. This setting lets you decide whether visitors prioritize saving your contact, exchanging details, or completing a form right away.

How to Edit Interaction Flow

  1. Log in to OVOU
  2. Click View Profile
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Navigate to the Settings tab
  5. Under Contact Capture, click Interaction Flow
  6. Select the option that best suits your needs

Interaction Flow Options

  • Save Priority: Displays two buttons—Save Contact and Exchange Contact—so visitors can choose either option
  • Exchange Priority: Combines both actions into one main button. The exchange form is prioritized, with a smaller Just Download Contact option below
  • Instant Exchange: Automatically shows the exchange contact form as soon as someone visits your profile, prompting immediate action
Idea
Choose a flow based on your goal—lead capture (Exchange or Instant Exchange) or broader accessibility (Save Priority).

Warning
Instant Exchange may increase form submissions but can feel more direct for visitors, so use it when immediate engagement is your priority.
