As of October 8th, 2024, OVOU no longer sells one-time cards and is fully subscription-only for new customers. If you purchased an OVOU card before this date, you have an Individual Legacy account, which means you keep the benefits of your original purchase at no additional cost.
Why is OVOU now subscription-only?
Since evolving the platform with features like advanced analytics and CRM integrations, we’ve shifted to a subscription-only model for new customers. This ensures we can continue improving, supporting, and expanding OVOU to meet your professional needs.
Am I being charged right now?
No. As a Legacy account holder, you’re not currently charged any subscription fees.
Can I still access my account and use my card?
Yes. Your Legacy account and card remain fully functional, and you can continue using OVOU just as before. While we reserve the right to adjust Legacy access in the future, maintaining your current experience is our goal.
What are the new features under subscription plan?
Our Individual subscription offers more customization, removes OVOU branding, integrates with CRMs, supports Zapier workflows to automate follow-ups, provides detailed analytics, and grants preferred pricing on replacement cards. You’ll also gain access to future enhancements as we continue developing new features.
Are there special rates for Legacy accounts?
Yes. As a Legacy account holder, you may be eligible for a discounted first year—ranging from 50% off up to a full year free. For eligibility details, please contact
support@ovou.com. If you’ve already received a promo code in your email notice, you can use that to upgrade directly. Offers end December 31st, 2024
Can I revert to Legacy after upgrading?
No. Once you switch from Legacy to a subscription plan, you won't be able to revert to your Legacy status. Upgrading means embracing our new feature set, pricing structure, and ongoing improvements.
