How to Invite Team Members (Team Admins)

Inviting team members to your OVOU account is quick and easy. Manage your users efficiently with options to resend invitations or remove users if needed. Follow these steps to get started.

Steps to Invite Users

  1. Navigate to the Manage Users page and click Invite Users on the top right.
  2. Enter the email addresses of the users you'd like to invite. Separate the emails with a comma if you are inviting multiple people at once.
  3. Once you invite your team members, you'll see the invitation pending. You can always resend the activation email by clicking Resend.
If you incorrectly inputted the wrong email, you can remove the user by selecting the small check box on the left side of the user and click on the Remove button.

  1. What if a user doesn’t receive the invitation email?
    Double-check the email address, and click Resend to send the activation email again.

  2. Can I edit an incorrect email address after sending the invitation?
    No, you’ll need to remove the incorrect email and resend a new invitation.

  3. Is there a limit to the number of users I can invite at once?
    No, you can invite multiple users at the same time by separating their email addresses with commas.
