Steps to Order a New Card
- Login to your OVOU account and click the menu button on the top right corner.
- Click Order Card to begin the process.
- You'll be directed to a form where you'll be asked to fill out the necessary information required to process your card.
- Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Yes! We've recently updated our naming convention to avoid confusion. Whether you need a new card or a replacement card, you can go through this same flow.
- Can I change my Card Type?
Absolutely. If you don't have the option to select a new card in the order card flow, just leave us a comment in the Notes field.
