  1. Does OVOU offer refunds?
    Refunds are available for first-time purchases within 30 days of account creation. Learn more on our refund policy page.

  2. My card doesn't work anymore. What do I do?
    If your Smart Card or physical Product is defective, incorrect, or does not match the specifications you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ovou.com with proof (photos or video). Claims made after 48 hours are not eligible for refunds or replacement.
