How to Set Up Your Company Profile

Your company profile is the first impression potential customers and partners will have of your business. By highlighting your strengths and values, you can stand out from the crowd and effectively communicate your story. Follow these steps to create a compelling company profile in OVOU.

Steps to Create Your Company Profile


  1. Navigate to the Company Profile page on your team dashboard and click on Edit Profile to add content.
  2. Share your company's story under the About section.
  3. Add your company’s social media links to the Social Media section.
  4. Add a photo gallery and share your photo moments here.
  5. Add relevant links to showcase the full spectrum of what you do.
  6. Add videos from Youtube or Vimeo to showcase your company's story.
  7. Add your email, phone number, or preferred contact method under Contact info.
  8. Select which content blocks you’d like to have displayed on your team profiles by toggling on Apply to all

Add a Meet the Team section to your company profile to showcase your team members:

  1. First create a group under the Group tab by clicking Create New Group.
  2. Select which team members will be under the Group by clicking the Edit button.
  3. Navigate back to the Company Profile page and choose which groups to showcase on your Company Profile under the Meet the Team Section 

You can mass edit profiles that will be sharing common company information from the company profile by clicking the Apply to all toggle for the content blocks that you'd like to apply to all profiles.

  1. Can I edit the company profile later?
    Yes, you can update your company profile at any time by clicking Edit Profile on the Company Profile page.

  2. What file formats are supported for photos and videos?
    JPEG and PNG files are recommended for images, and videos can be embedded via YouTube or Vimeo.

  3. What happens if I don’t use the Apply to All toggle?
    The content will only appear on the main company profile and not be shared across team profiles.
