How to Add Your Profile to Your Email Signature

Adding your OVOU profile to your email signature is a professional and seamless way to share your profile with every email you send. Follow these steps to set up your email signature, with detailed instructions for popular email clients.

Steps to Share Your Profile in Your Email Signature

  1. Login to your OVOU profile and click Share to access the different sharing options. 
  2. Click Create Email Signature. 
  3. From here you can download your email signature and add it to your preferred email provider.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select See all settings.
  3. Scroll to the Signature section under the General tab.
  4. Click Create new, then paste your signature into the text box.
  5. Use the formatting toolbar to style your signature.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Outlook (Web)

  1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select View all Outlook settings.
  3. Under Mail, select Compose and reply.
  4. Enter your signature in the Email signature box.
  5. Check the boxes if you want to automatically include your signature on new messages or replies/forwards.
  6. Click Save.

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File > Options > Mail.
  3. Click Signatures...
  4. In the Email Signature tab, click New and enter a name for your signature.
  5. Type your signature in the Edit signature box.
  6. Use the formatting tools to style your signature.
  7. Click OK to save.

Apple Mail

  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. Go to Mail > Preferences.
  3. Click the Signatures tab.
  4. Select the email account you want to add the signature to.
  5. Click the "+" button to add a new signature and type your signature in the box.
  6. Close the preferences window to save your changes.
