Increasing Seats for Your OVOU Team

Increasing Seats


If a team owner wants to add a new team member to the team dashboard, they must first ensure there are enough seats available. If not, they’ll need to increase the seat count before inviting the new member. It’s important to note that increasing the seat count and ordering a new card are two entirely separate processes — ordering a new card alone will not increase the available seat count.


Steps to Increase Seats

  1. Log in to OVOU:
    • Access the team dashboard by clicking Team Dashboard or your team name. 
  2. Navigate to the Manage Users page.
    • Click Increase Seats
  3. Click the "+" button to increase your seat count accordingly.
    1. Click Continue to Increase Seat
  4. Confirm the subscription updates and proceed with the payment.
Warning
Important: Ordering a new card does not increase the team's seat count. Make sure to adjust your seat count separately before inviting a new member.
