Editing Your OVOU Profile Content

Keeping your OVOU profile up to date ensures your contacts always see the most accurate, engaging, and relevant information. In this guide, you’ll learn how to edit your profile content, update your appearance, customize your link settings, and manage your content blocks.

Edit Your Profile Content


  1. Log in to your OVOU account.
  2. Click View Profile to open your profile editor.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Under the Content tab, update any of the following sections:
    1. Personal Info: Edit basic profile details related to your profile card, including your profile photo and name
    2. About: Tell your story and give context to your work.
    3. Social Media: Add platforms to help contacts connect with you.
    4. Photo Gallery: Share moments or examples of your work.
    5. Links: Direct people to websites, portfolios, booking pages, etc.
    6. Files: Share resumes, brochures, or other key documents.
    7. Contact Info: Keep your phone number, email or address current.
  5. Click Save when you're done.
Idea
Click the pencil icon next to My Contents to control how content appears on your profile. You can show or hide sections, reorder them using the arrows, and move your most important information to the top. Click the check mark to save your changes.
Important Notes
Saved Contacts:  Updates to your profile will not automatically apply to contacts who have previously saved your details. They will only see the changes if they click on your profile link again.
Team Members: If you are unable to update your profile, it might be because your admin locked down certain fields. Reach out to them to update your profile.

Update Your Design

The Design tab lets you control your profile's visual design and basic identity details.
  1. Go to your Design tab in the editor.
  2. Here you can update your:
    1. Company logo
    2. Cover photo 
    3. Theme color
  3. Click Save to apply your changes.

Configure Your Profile Settings

Use the Settings tab to personalize your URL and enable advanced sharing and capture features.
  • Profile Link: Create a custom URL for your profile to make it easy to share.
  • Interaction Flow: Control how people engage with your profile when they visit.
  • Follow-Up Email: Customize the automatic email sent after someone submits the Exchange Contact form.
  • Call-to-Action Button: Add a custom button to guide visitors to take a specific action.

    Use a short, recognizable profile link and a clear call-to-action to improve engagement.

    Can I update all fields on my profile?
    Yes, unless you're in a Teams account with admin-level restrictions.

    How fast are profile changes visible?
    All changes are reflected immediately on your live profile.

    Will previous contacts see my updates?
    No, people who saved your profile before an update won't see changes, but will still have access to your OVOU profile.
