How to Manage Team Contacts (Team Admins)
Easily organize and manage your team’s contacts using the Contacts section in the OVOU Team Dashboard. Add tags, filter contacts, and export them for better team collaboration and efficiency. Follow these steps to get started.
Navigate to the Contacts section in the dashboard menu.
Organize contacts using tags by clicking Tags > Manage tags > Create a tag, then assigning it a name and color.
Apply tags to contacts from the list anytime, and add more tags as needed.
Click on the + Set Tags button under the TAGS column to add a tag, you can add multiple tags to a contact by clicking the (+) icon.
Filter contacts based on Tags, Team Member Names, or by selecting a Time Filter.
Export contacts as a CSV file by clicking the button Export CSV File at the top right corner of the Contacts page.
