How to Set Up Company Branding (Team Admins)

Customize your company branding in the OVOU Teams Dashboard to create a cohesive and professional look for your team. Set your company’s color scheme and logo to reflect your brand identity.

Steps to Set Up Your Company Branding

  1. Navigate to the Settings page on your team dashboard.
  2. Click Change under the Logo section to upload a new logo for your profile. Select the aspect ratio for cropping your image and adjust the boundaries to crop your logo as desired.
  3. Click Change under the cover photo section to adjust the cover photo settings by selecting and positioning the image before saving. Click the Crop button to adjust your cover photo.
  4. Select one of the available profile design templates by clicking on the desired colour scheme. 
  5. Click the Save Changes button to save any modifications made to your branding.

You can also create your own profile design using your company’s own HEX numbers by clicking on the first option.  You can select up to 2 colors: one for the card (Primary) and one for the button (Secondary).
