How to Order Smart Cards for Your Team

Whether it’s for a lost card or a fresh new one, you can quickly place an order through your OVOU Teams Dashboard. Follow these simple steps to order cards for your team members.


  1. Navigate to the Shop page of your dashboard. 
  2. Click "+" to add an item or adjust the quantity of your order accordingly.
  3. Click Add Note to add details about what you'd like to print on the card.
  4. Specify the name and title or serial number of the team member you are ordering a replacement card.
  5. Click Pay to proceed to the Checkout page.
Use the Order Notes section to communicate special instructions or clarify details about your replacement card order.

  1. Can I order multiple replacement cards at once?
    Yes, you can place a bulk order by specifying multiple names or serial numbers in the Order Notes.

  2. What if I don’t know the serial number of the lost card?
    Provide the team member’s name, and we’ll handle the rest.

  3. How long does it take to receive new cards?
    Delivery timelines depend on your selected shipping method and the card type. See our order timelines here.
